How are we perceived,

if we are to be perceived at all?

For the most part we are invisible.

Biased?

偏見對人的影響似乎是,使人漸對一件事物的看法從它 innocent until proven guilty 變為 guilty until proven innocent.

The funny thing is, I’m just about to finish reading Fafka’s The Trial. Apparently the book has left its footprints on my subconscious mind and as I was talking to a friend today the above words popped out just like that.

Would it be safe to say you’re a Schubertian?

Quite a connection you’ve made. I’m very flattered.

Schubert is definitely among my most favorites but I suspect you meant more than that. I’m very impressed by your deep insights into each composer’s distinctive traits and individuality, as well as your sharp observations and the great ability to interpret the emotions and intentions from every musician’s performances. Unfortunately my understanding of the classical music still stays on a rather superficial level and it hardly goes beyond the melodic or lyrical merits. I hope one day it will become my “first language”, too. :-)

Many times I tried to figure out, what are people talking about here and what they mean by saying stuff like that. And I realized that they just don’t have a clue about the topic themselves. It’s kinda strange. Anyway I have to say that you mast understand, what’s really doing on to comment things. Otherwise you will look and sound stupid.
